Marcy Kaye is a well-respected attorney. She has owned and operated The Law Offices of Marcy E. Kaye, since 1991. The law firm represents both businesses and employees in employment-related issues, persons involved in personal injury litigation, and cases of Elder Abuse.

​Ms. Kaye received her Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and earned her B.A. degree from California State University of Sacramento in the area of Social Welfare. Prior to opening her own law firm, Ms. Kaye was an insurance defense attorney for a law firm in San Diego.

Ms. Kaye is an Executive board member for the non-profit charitable organization of Britfield Institute as well as an Advisory Board Member of International Health Group, Inc., School of Nursing.
