Biography

Dr. Janine Kasch is a board-certified physician, specializing in family medicine.

A native San Diegan, Dr. Kasch moved to the east coast to attend medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She stayed in New York to complete her internship at Peninsula General Hospital and then residency in Family Medicine at Bay Shore Hospital. Dr. Kasch returned to San Diego and joined Arch Health Medical Group, formerly Centre for Health Care, in 1994. She enjoys the specialty of Family Medicine because it allows her to make a difference for patients of all ages.

Dr. Kasch’s philosophy is to promote healthy living and lifestyle changes for her patients. She enjoys working with her patients to figure out what is ailing them and helping people make decisions about their health care options.

She is fluent in German and Spanish.

In her spare time, Dr. Kasch enjoys horseback riding, yard work and volunteering with a therapeutic horseback riding program.
