Dr. Lozier began his career as a doctor because he wanted to play a role in helping others enjoy a better life. His role as an ophthalmologist allows him to help others do just this through improved eyesight and a higher quality of life. For Dr. Lozier, there is nothing that compares to that moment when he gets to take an eye patch off of one of his patients and witness as they see a loved one for the first time.
He believes that providing quality care is about expertise, but is something that can only truly be attained through a team effort. He likes working closely with his staff and appreciates all that they do to contribute to the patient experience.
Some of Dr. Lozier’s hobbies include gardening, walking on the beach and spending time with his family.
Dr. Lozier’s philosophy as a physician is to always treat his patients as he would want his family and loved ones to be treated.
