Dr. Mir was born and raised in the beautiful valley of Kashmir.

She got her medical degree from Government Medical College, Srinagar. In 2001, she moved to the United States and completed her Residency Program in Family Medicine at Riverside County Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Mir is a board certified family physician, and is particularly interested in preventive medicine. Her mission is to work together as a team with her patients to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Outside work, she spends most of her time with her husband and two boys on outdoor activities and traveling.
